Strengths

4 reasons to book
  • Highly rated staff — Guests consistently praise the team, with staff scoring 9.5 — the joint-highest category alongside a 9.6 general impression.
  • Full-service spa on site — Beyond standard amenities, the hotel runs a spa and wellness centre offering massages, facials, body scrubs, and manicures — a rare depth for a 3-star property.
  • Practical for families — The Family Suite sleeps four on two queen beds and includes a balcony and bathtub, while cots are available — useful for those travelling with children.
  • 24-hour service and security — Reception is staffed around the clock, with express check-in/out, luggage storage, and 24-hour security — smooth for late arrivals or early departures.

Worth weighing

4 to weigh
  • No pets allowed — If you’re travelling with an animal, this isn’t the place — the policy is firm and there’s no exception noted.
  • Narrow check-in window — Check-in only runs from 14:00 to 23:59, so arriving after midnight means you’ll need to plan ahead, despite the 24-hour reception.
  • Limited on-site parking — Parking is listed as an amenity, but given the compact city-centre location it’s likely tight — worth confirming if you’re driving.
  • Value rating is the lowest — Value scored 8.2, below rooms (8.6) and service (8.5), suggesting some guests feel the price-to-offering ratio is slightly weaker than other aspects.
